TopPick Supplements (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent online publication available at toppicksupplements.com. It’s free to read. In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides, this page explains how we make money and how to tell when a link or page is commercial.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the seller may pay us a commission. You don’t pay anything extra. We don’t sell products ourselves.

  • Product reviews carry a short disclosure right under the byline: “We may earn a commission if you buy through links on this page.”
  • “Check price” buttons and other buttons that send you to a seller are affiliate links.
  • In the page code, affiliate links are marked rel="sponsored".
  • Informational articles and guides don’t contain affiliate links or product promotions.

If you’re unsure whether a link is an affiliate link, assume it may be, or ask us.

Some pages are paid advertisements for a product. They are:

  • labeled “Advertisement” above the headline, with a paid-advertisement note at the bottom of the page
  • kept at separate addresses (under /a/). They may appear in our article lists, topic pages, site search and search engines, always marked “Advertisement”
  • written to promote a product, so they are not part of our editorial content and don’t follow our editorial review process

What never changes

  • Commissions never influence our editorial conclusions. We report weak evidence as weak, even for products we earn from.
  • Brands can’t pay for a review, a better verdict or a place in our editorial rankings.
  • Whether a product earns us a commission plays no part in whether we cover it or what we say about it.
